There are many who suffer because they don’t know whom to seek help from. There are many who have talent but no direction. There are many who have nobody and there are many who want to support the needy. Therefore, we’ll create awareness to find support for the needy and fill the gap.

Sheril is a self-driven entrepreneur. She was part of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company for 18 long years. In the recent past, she has helped companies in strategic planning and achieving resourceful state of efficiency. Functional leadership, marketing and branding solutions are other areas that she focuses on.
Sheril is a soft-spoken methodological professional with a flair to adapt to situations. She likes to take up challenges and can fight any odds.
During the ongoing pandemic, Sheril’s focus has been to help and support the weaker section of the society. She has empowered many women from rural parts of Maharashtra. Jobless drivers and maids are other needy people whom she offered a helping hand. Her support to schools in slum areas has given the teachers and children a new hope.
Sheela Edward Joseph has been closely associated with the work for underprivileged children and women.
Sheela worked with YWCA Christian association addressing issues of women and their health related problems in Dharavi and areas around it.
As a Christian she has been committed to the working with church members in helping poor section of society.
Sheela has worked with reputed organisations like IndusInd Bank, ICICI Bank, Shriram Finance and Johnson & Johnson as an Administration officer. She has a reputation of being committed and hardworking and for which she has won many accolades.
A second-generation army Officer, is an alumnus of National Defence Academy, Pune and joined the Indian Army in Dec 1978. A scholar warrior with 40 years of an outstanding career in the Indian Army, he has excelled in all spheres. During his service tenure, the General Officer has done M Sc, double M Phil and PGDCM all with First Class / Distinction, besides several military coveted courses in India and abroad. During his career span, he has represented India at the United Nations Peace Keeping Force in Guatemala, oversaw anti-terrorist operations, in J&K from 1997 to 1999 he was in charge of Perspective Planning and Future Restructuring of the Indian Army as ADG PP and finally the coveted appointment of Director General Mechanized Forces. He commanded the oldest and operationally employed offensive formation of the Indian Army - the elite Strike Corps from 2104 to 2015. He was awarded by President of India, PVSM (2017), AVSM (2016), & VSM (2009) besides Chief of Army Staff Commendation and Army Commander Commendations, for distinguished service of the highest order. Subsequently, he was bestowed the rare honour of being nominated Honorary Aide-de-Camp to President of India in July 2017 in recognition of his distinguished services.
